General Game Questions
What platforms is the game available on?
Currently, it is only available for PC on Windows.
Are there plans for other platforms?
Yes, a mobile version for Android and iOS, as well as a web version, are planned for the future. Linux and MAC support is not yet planned, although it will be possible to play the game via the web on these systems.
Please note that the mobile version will have adjusted mechanics and systems.
What is the average time to complete the game?
The first playthrough can take between one and a half to two hours if you focus solely on the game’s actions. If you play passively, letting the game progress without paying much attention to the game client, the average playtime is between two to three hours.
What is at the end of the game? [spoiler]
Conradito Cafézito includes a replay factor through the “New Roast” mode. This classic rebirth/reset system allows you to restart the game with upgrades that enable you to progress faster.
When does the game end? [spoiler]
The game ends when you purchase the last available coffee in the Coffee tab (and consequently, the last ingredient)!
Does the game have an offline farming system?
No, there is no offline farming system; the game must be open to work. However, this is a relatively short game, so you won’t miss this kind of feature.
How do Steam achievements work?
All Steam achievements are designed to be unlocked only after completing the game for the first time. This means that if you want to achieve 100% completion, you’ll need to finish the game several times, as most achievements cannot be obtained in just the first run.
But don’t worry! After completing the game the first time, with the new upgrades, the average playtime will be around 30 minutes or less!
Are there plans for sequels/adding new coffees/items?
Yes. In the future, it is expected that new items will be added, especially for holidays like Christmas, Easter, and others.
My caffeine-deprived friends have also begged me to add teas. This may happen over time — or maybe I’ll never add them just to annoy them 😝
Gameplay Questions
Can I make the employees stop sleeping or slacking?
Yes! There are upgrades available in the shop that solve this problem… but they are expensive. Until then, you’ll have to deal with the headaches these little troublemakers cause 😤
How do I unlock coffees from the recipe book?
These coffees are not bought, they are earned! Some in-game events and upgrades allow you to unlock these coffees.
The white arrows in the music game don’t work?
They do, but they need to be pressed in the opposite direction! So, if a white arrow pointing down appears, you should press the up arrow on your keyboard!
The word search game doesn’t have the word I’m looking for, what should I do?
It always does! What might happen is that a word starts on one line and ends on another. For example, “like tha
at”.
How do the random events in the game work?
As the name suggests, they are random! They can be either good or bad, and you won’t know until you accept or reject them. But be careful: most events cost money! Analyze if it’s worth accepting them.
I want to reset the entire game and start from scratch, is that possible?
Yes! In the game menu, go to the “Advanced” option and find the option to reset the game. All your saved progress will be deleted, and you can start over from scratch. This action cannot be undone. However, any Steam achievements you’ve unlocked will be kept.
Is there any offline farming mechanic?
No! This type of mechanic is not implemented in the game. Although Conradito Cafézito is an idle/incremental game, it’s designed to be completed in a short amount of time, without needing to wait hours to accumulate money for upgrades, as in other games. Have fun while the game is running!
