How to Make A Double Espresso Coffee

Ingredients
- 14g finely ground coffee
- 60ml of water at 90°C (195°F)
How to prepare
- Use 14g of finely ground coffee in your espresso machine or manual press.
- Heat water to 90°C (195°F).
- Press the coffee for 25-30 seconds to extract two shots (60ml) of rich espresso.
- Serve immediately in a pre-warmed cup and enjoy your doppio!
- Serve with a glass of sparkling water.
Tip: Sparkling water is used to clean the palate, in order to better feel the coffee notes. Drink water before coffee and then enjoy!
